Customer service in Swedish
You can ring our customer service department and speak to one of our employees if you have questions about, for example, your public pension, your income pension, your premium pension, your unit trust investments or about our website.

Monday — Thursday, 08-18, Friday 08-17 (January - December)
Monday — Friday, 08-17 (June 25th - August 10th)
Self-service
We also provide round-the-clock self-service in Swedish where you can receive information about your account and order a personal code, forms and informational literature.
Visit our service office
The service office is a collaborative effort between the Swedish Pensions Agency, the Social Insurance Office and the Swedish Tax Agency. You will be able to receive answers to your questions about your pension, social insurance and taxes.
At the service office, you will be able to receive general guidance and advice on questions that concern your pension, help with forms and applications and information regarding ongoing matters etc. Your nearest service office can be found here.
