Log in to My Pages
If you want to use Mobile BankID, select BankID.
To log in and use some of the e-services on My Pages, you need an e-ID (electronic identification) in the form of Mobile BankID, BankId, Freja eID+ or foreign electronic identification (Foreign eID). You can install an e-ID or download an app on a mobile phone, tablet or computer.
If you use a computer and choose to log in with "Mobile BankID on another device", you will need your mobile phone to scan a QR code in order to identify yourself. You do not need to enter your personal identity number.
This is part of our efforts to increase login security. More and more banks and companies have introduced QR codes.
Follow the instructions provided with login:
- Open your BankID app.
- Click on the QR icon in the app.
- scan the QR code on the screen.
If you use an assistive device, such as a screen reader, additional instructions will be read-out loud to help you log in.
If you experience login problems with your BankId, you have several troubleshooting options.
You can also use our e-mail form to contact us at Customer Service so that we can assist you.
If you don't have e-ID, you can contact us for further assistance at Customer Service or by visiting a Customer Service Office to obtain a form for some of our services, among other things.
Don't use your e-ID to log in with when someone you don't know or trust asks you to.
If you receive a call or a text message from someone claiming to be calling from, or on behalf of, the Swedish Pensions Agency (Pensionsmyndigheten), don't give out any details, such as the personal code for your Mobile BankID app or your login device.
The Swedish Pensions Agency may make calls to pensioners or pension savers to ask questions or to follow up on something. We will never call you to advise on funds or give you investment advice for your pension savings.
