Report or change your address if you live outside Sweden

If you are entitled to a Swedish national public pension and move away from Sweden, or if you change your address while living abroad, you must notify us of your new address.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the contact information you provide us is up to date, as we do not receive automatic updates.

Report or change address

If you live outside Sweden and want to report or change your address, log in to My Pages with your e-ID.

If you are moving away from Sweden

If you have lived in Sweden and move abroad, in addition to notifying us of your current address, you must also report your change of address to the Swedish Tax Agency.Reporting a change of address Swedish Tax Agency

If you do not have an e-ID

If you do not have an e-ID, you must submit your address to us by post or email. Your letter must include:

  • Your name
  • Your Swedish personal identity number
  • Your current address (street address, postcode, city/town and country)
  • Your signature
  • You can then take a photo or scan the letter and attach it to an email, or else send it to us by post.

Technical limitations in our system only allow us to register street addresses that are a maximum of 33 characters (including spaces). If your street address is longer than 33 characters, please help us by shortening your address before sending it to us.
